I’ve never really talked about myself. I’m not a glory seeker. I’d rather focus on the subject or if ministry-related, I always wanted to make sure to point people to the Bible and God as their source.  This personal blog is very new (May 2024), so stay tuned as I bring together stories, experiences, and share things I learned in my 40 year walk as a ‘sold-out’ totally dedicated disciple of Jesus (Y’shua).

In April of 2024, God encouraged me to open up and talk more freely about my own testimony, experiences, views, and understandings of life, the universe, and everything. That includes the topic: what happens to a young person who totally dedicates their life to God? I’m now over 40 years out in that journey as a ‘sold-out’ disciple of Jesus (Y’shua) and I have many stories and experiences to share for those willing and interested in hearing.

While I’ve talked about and shared some of my experiences on various websites, this is the first time I will be bringing all richness of God in my life and experiences together in one location on the Internet.

Jesus (Y’shua) said:
Whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do… – John 14:12
see also: 1 John 2:6 and Luke 6:40

God said in the last days he will pour out his Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams – Act 2:17, Joel 2:28

Things That Really Motivate Me…

take a look into my heart and what drives me and what my view and attitude on life is..
  • The Bridge Builder – A Poem of Epic Inspiration

  • MY MOTTOS IN LIFE (I have several):
    • “Seek First the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness… and everything else works out.”   – Matthew 6:33
      Mat 6:19-21,24-25,27,31-34  |  Listen/Read
It became a beacon and hallmark motto to my life in troubled times to help me stay focused and to feel comforted.
    • When God Blesses… (pause) Get Used to It!”
The closer you get to God you live a life full of genuine, life-changing and life-fulfilling blessings direct from Him.

  • MY FAVORITE VERSES:
    • JAMES 1: 5  |  James, Leader of the first church in Jerusalem:
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without holding back, and it will be given to him.”
    • ECCLESIASTIES 12: 13  |
“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
To “FEAR” means to respect and honor.

    • JOHN 3: 8  |  Everybody tends to know John 3:16, BUT A VERSES EARLIER IS JOHN 3:8
      Jesus (Y’shua) speaking:
“The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
This verse is a perfect glimpse into the life of a disciple, how God operates, and why the number one priority for a disciple is to know and hear God’s Voice. The next follows: to stay listening to God at all times and to keep doing what he says at all times. God’s organization is the most dynamic on Earth. Like the top general who commands each person directly, God is able to meet the needs of an ever changing world. What one did yesterday, or even an hour ago, may not be what you do right now. This is the foundation of living or walking ‘in the Spirit

PERSONAL SUMMARY

Over the years, I have never received a salary for ministry work.  I have always worked and gave as much time as I can in ministry work, so in doing so I have always lived a very simple life financially.  More often than not, I have paid most of the ministry bills myself and thus have been somewhat limited in what I can do. Today, although technically retired, I am never retired from Kingdom work.

When I was 17, I totally sold-out my entire life to Jesus (Y’shua).  I had made my life’s goal to get as much of God as I can – sacrificing whatever it cost to understand God without the interference of the world or religion.  Noticeable by all who know me, I’ve always been the radial, all or nothing, disciple that walked in a way that was distinctly different than the crowd.  I’ve been working in ministry for over 35 years and grew up in church ministry since the age of 4 so I’ve seen and been a part of a lot over the years.  I’ve started my path of Torah observance as a Disciple of Y’shua (Jesus) in the year 2000.  My life and passion has been all about the work of the Kingdom because I’m totally in love with the King.  😉

I’ve worked in Christian Radio off and on for 20 years. I was a Southern Baptist minister to Youth and College Campus minister. I’ve worked in Biblical Archaeology, co-founding the Split Rock Research Foundation, also been a small business consultant and a non-profit ministry consultant, helping others start their own ministries.  I worked over 30 years in Pro-Family and Pro-Life work.
