The SECOND BEST DECISION I ever made, besides giving up my life to follow and obeying Jesus (Y’shua) as a true disciple, was to ask the Holy Spirit to teach me. Little did I know at the time, that was the Holy Spirit’s job – to implant the Word of God in my heart, so that I would not sin against God and my fellow man. This process also brought me very, very, very close to God personally. The God of Israel is the most trustworthy and loyal person and friend that one could ever have. He NEVER breaks His Word and His Word is always true, accurate, and beneficial. He’s a real person and desires most to have a genuine and PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH US – and that is what He created us for. He always wants the best for us, as a true father does, and makes sacrifices to see that we are looked after.
The THIRD BEST DECISION was to give up total control of my life (from making my own decisions) to seeking God for the direction of my life and what I am to do, what I am to learn, and how I am to think. While it took time to release control more fully, I live a much, much more peaceful life now, resting in God’s decisions for me without having the daily stress of micro-managing and trying plan for every possible scenario in life (which was exhausting).
It’s not that I don’t DO anything, to the contrary, I DO MORE NOW that I ever have in my entire life – but each task, each endeavor, each project brings forth much, much, much more fruit /productivity and personal fulfillment. The God of Israel, the Creator of the Universe, who lives outside of time, sees all and knows all, designed us from the inside-out, knows us better than anyone. God is the only one who has the entire view of my life and others, who knows all the future and past events, who knows all the circumstances to come, and is the only one qualified to direct my path (journey in life) for me to reach my maximum potential, not just in achievements or knowledge, but in personal fulfillment, personal adventures, — I now truly understand the concept of Living Life More Abundantly.
WHY WOULD ANYONE NOT WANT GOD DIRECTING THEIR LIFE!? [ John 10:10 | 2 Corinthians 5:17 ]
One of my main overall mottos in life became:
“Seek First the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness… and everything else works out.”

The “His Righteousness” in that verse means obeying God’s Word (the Bible) and not man’s religious traditions (Acts 5:29). Only Scripture! It is God who gives Salvation, not any church, denomination, pastor, or leader – SO DO WHAT GOD SAYS!
The very DEFINITION OF SIN is the violating God’s Commandments in the Bible (1 John 3:4).

It’s so simple a child can do it? Yes! Trust and Obey God. God wants even little children to be in a right relationship with Him. If they can do it by obeying what they learn from the Bible, we can too. As adults we often forget the simple truths like: Trust God. Obey God. This is how we show Him we Love Him. [ John 14:21 | 1 John 5:3 ] Through Faith and Obedience we start to live out the Word of God and follow the example Jesus (Y’shua) gave us to follow. We come a part of Him as we also become the Living Word. [ John 14:23 ] This is how one begins to to join with and become integrated with and a part of God. For no person can unite with God unless he walks in unison with God’s Word, God’s standard, God’s values and ways. [ 1 Corinthians 12:12,27 ]
